Leadership coaching for product, design, and tech professionals navigating change and AI
Most coaches have theories. I have battle scars.
If leadership books had answers, you'd have found them by now. You need someone who’s been in the trenches, has the tattoos, and understands your world. A battle-tested leader turned certified coach.
Elite athletes have coaches. Why don't elite leaders?
In tech, the ones carrying the most weight are often the most isolated. The ones making hard calls, bridging gaps, and holding space for everyone else.
Senior leaders. Innovators. People expected to have it all figured out—even when the ground keeps shifting beneath them. I’ve been there. After two decades leading teams, I learned that the best leaders aren’t the ones who go it alone. They’re the ones who know when to ask for support.
Coaching gave me that support. A space to speak openly, without politics, positioning, or posturing.Where someone actually understood what I was navigating—pressure, pivots, and the messy reality of leading through constant change. Sometimes that clarity came through conversation. Other times, it came through deeper inner work, including facilitated non-ordinary states of consciousness.
That experience sent me to Columbia’s coaching program and into advanced training in psychedelic coaching. Because leaders like you deserve a coach who brings both grounded experience and expanded perspective, especially as AI becomes part of the team.
This isn’t performance plan coaching
What it means
Why it matters
Deep, unhurried conversations
No rush. No posturing. Just time to think clearly and speak honestly.
You'll say things you didn't know you needed to say. Let the fog lift.
Systems thinking
We’ll zoom out to see how your team, culture, and decisions fit together.
Because most leadership problems aren't isolated incidents.
AI-era insight
Figuring out how AI becomes your newest team member, not a replacement.
When teams worry about survival, they stop thinking innovatively.
Whole-human coaching
We can talk strategy. We can also talk burnout, worry, progression and legacy.
You're a human, not a machine. That's your competitive advantage.
Cross-disciplinary tools
Systems thinking, somatics, even psychedelics (optional) if they fit your journey.
Because the problem isn't always what or where you think it is.
Clear investment
Transparent pricing, defined timelines, no surprises
You can make an informed decision without the sales dance.
Let's find out if we're a good fit.

My work Experience

After the Zoom call ends…
I consider myself pretty driven, curious, and always up for adventure. So in my downtime, you’ll find me:
Watching the Miami Dolphins
Yep, I know how to handle frustration. But they’re hands down the best team in the history of the NFL.
Smoking brisket
I co-founded Revenge BBQ because tending fire for 12 hours teaches resilience and presence you can't get from leadership books.
Testing out my TV face
I starred in a Nintendo ad as a kid. And got chopped from Chopped. I think I’ve reached the peak of my acting career, but you never know!
One last thing. Going it alone isn't working anymore.
I've been where you are. Carrying the weight. Making decisions that keep you up at night. Wondering if anyone really understands.
I do. And I'm here to help.
